We are seeking smart, dynamic, energetic, and motivational individuals to join our Operations Team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct recruitment of Security Guards and Armed Guards, provide them with proper training, and ensure timely deployment to their respective posts.
• Coordinate with the Marketing Department to carry out comprehensive Security Surveys.
• Ensure delivery of required security services to clients through Security Guards and Armed Guards; maintain close communication with clients, obtain feedback, and take appropriate action.
• Oversee regular inspections of Security Guards and Armed Guards by Patrol Officers and Operation Officers, both during the day and at night.
• Assist in preparing documentation for audits and compliance matters.
• Ensure effective training and on-the-job training for Security Guards, Post Supervisors, and Armed Guards in coordination with Patrol Officers and Operation Officers.
• Maintain discipline among department personnel under your command.
• Recommend posting, promotion, replacement, leave approval, and welfare measures for Security Guards, Post Supervisors, and Armed Guards.
• Demonstrate readiness to work in demanding situations.
• Identify operational problems, resolve issues, and report to superiors.
• Prepare and implement on-the-job training schedules and maintain monthly training records.
• Monitor and supervise training instructors.
• Undertake any additional tasks assigned by higher authorities.
• Successfully execute new deployment processes for newly acquired clients.

Educational Requirements:

• MBA or Master’s degree in any discipline.

Age Requirement:

• 23 to 27 years.

Additional Requirements:

• Preference will be given to candidates who own a motorcycle and hold a valid motorcycle driving license.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Commitment to providing long-term service to the company.
• Mandatory motorcycle riding ability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
